It was thanks to my father that I discovered the beauty of this region, with the majestic Rif mountains rising above the Medina of Chefchaouen and its sparkling blue alleys. The idea to create a unique haven took root in 2006, nurtured by the precious memories I shared with my father, Tahar, and my husband, Monsif.
This dream came to life in 2012, inspired by the majestic Rif mountains overlooking the medina with its countless shades of blue. Chefchaouen, a city of rare poetry, reveals its secrets through its vibrant alleyways and enchanting panoramas. Each stone, each whisper of the wind, seems imbued with the tales of a region rich in history, culture, and hospitality.

Dar Jasmine is the passionate creation of a couple originally from Casablanca. Yasmina Markouch, who embodies the soul of this establishment with unwavering devotion, is supported by her husband, Monsif Charai, who offers her steadfast support.
